Tenants

Start by having a look at our current listing this will give you a good idea of what types of properties are available, and how much you can expect to pay. If you see something that you think suits your requirements we will be happy to arrange a suitable viewing time for you.

Alternatively you can call the office to register your details and we will contact you as suitable properties become available.

General Information

There are certain criteria which must be met when renting property, you will need to provide our office with the following written references,
1) Employer reference, stating your position & time with the company.
2) Previous landlord reference. This should include contact details for the referee.
3) Bank reference/Status enquiry, you may need to complete a status enquiry consent form     which we can provide. Your bank may charge a fee for this form.

Deposits & Rental payments

Once you have verbally agreed to take a property you will need to pay a deposit equal to one months rent. This is paid by BANK DRAFT made out to LETS MOVE PROPERTIES, (cash and cheques are not accepted). The 1st months rent is due the day the lease starts, this is also paid in the same manor. Rent will be paid directly to the landlords account by standing order, from 1 account only.

Guarantors

Occasionally landlord may ask for a guarantor to sign the agreement along with you. This person must be a home owner in Ireland. This may be the case if you have never rented property before.

Stamp Duty

Where a total rental income for a property exceeds €19,046, The agreement is subject to stamp duty. This is paid by the tenant and is calculated at 1% of the lease value plus €13 for a second copy.
